A mission-drive Company to empower everyone
We believe economic success can come in hands with concrete social impact on the territory. We are owners of Provence Rugby and Chez Pierre, a restaurant operating with individuals with mental disabilities, founders of l’Ecole des XV, helping young children at risk of school drop out and the school of voice Dalida Institute.
In 2021, we became officially a Mission-Driven Company with one purpose: Together, Create New Possibilities. Our employees can volunteer some of their time in one of those vision projects.
All our initiatives are gathered in our Campus, in Aix-en-Provence.
L'École des XV
A unique social integration program for children at risk of dropping out of school, using rugby values to empower their future. We have 5 structures so far: Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Saint-Etienne, Vitrolles and Lille – and still growing. L’École des XV was founded in 2014 by the Voyage Privé Group to combat school dropout, driven by the belief that the earlier you act, the better the chances of preventing young people from facing overwhelming challenges.
Les Tremplins
Our startup incubator, providing a launchpad for promising entrepreneurs. Since 2013, Voyage Privé has been committed to supporting startups in structuring and accelerating their growth. Each year, two startups are selected to join an intensive support program, fully immersed on our campus in Aix-en-Provence.
Hummingbirds
Provence Rugby
Our professional rugby club, fostering team spirit and performance, deeply rooted in the local community on campus. Since 2013, we are the majority shareholder of Provence Rugby, the leading rugby club in Provence, currently competing in the second division of professional French rugby (ProD2) For the last 2 years, the club has reached the semi-final phases of the competition.
Chez Pierre
In the heart of downtown Aix, a different kind of restaurant is redefining inclusion through employment. This visionary project aims to provide meaningful job opportunities for individuals with cognitive disabilities. At Chez Pierre, a welcoming restaurant, they find a place to integrate professionally and contribute meaningfully at the very heart of our city.
Dalida Institute
A unique School of voice for young artists. In 2022, Voyage Privé launched an ambitious initiative in Aix-en-Provence: the ‘School of Voice’, created in collaboration with leading professionals from the music industry. Selective, unique, and focused on professional development, it offers each artist the opportunity to fast-track their career and turn their passion into a profession
