We offer competitive entrepreneurial packages with fix and variable part from 10% to 30% depending on your job. In France your annual compensation is composed with legal participation. In 2024, it represented 2,7 months of salary.
The group was built by involving all its employees in the company's capital through incentive plans open to all as of 2014. We have deployed BSPCE/BSA plans and 100% of our employees are currently allocated AGA (free-shares) in a 4 and a half plan. The number of dotation’s is linked to impact and responsibility in the company.
Currently, around thirty people have chosen to join the capital of the company after the vesting of their BSPCE/BSA Plans. And we expect many more after the vesting of free-shares plans.


We truly believe that collective performance relies on strong collaboration. But it does not mean working in the office. You can have up to 2 days per week in remote and up to 4 full week/year working abroad. For some specific senior positions, we have a full remote policy. Check in the job description if eligible.
